Your Virus software may be set to block ads or java script.
The javascript on this site runs the animated virtual hostess and DOES NOT collect information from your computer or install software on your computer or allow someone else to control your computer remotely.
If resetting your Virus software doesn't allow you to hear the audio and view the video, the problem might be your browser.
