HISTORY

So you want some history. Okay.

Randy Dell was born and raised in Henrietta, Pennsylvania. His neighbor, Robert Ayers began a power line construction company there in 1972. When Randy graduated high school in 1973, he went to work for Mr. Ayers.

In 1990, Randy, together with a partner, purchased the company assets and incorporated as Ayers Line Construction, Inc. In 2002, Randy became sole share holder, still providing safe and cost effective solutions for customers.

Randy’s three sons, Nathaniel, Roman, and Christopher also work for Ayers Line Construction, creating a true family business with old fashioned family values you can count on.
