  President Randy Dell started in the powerline industry in 1973 and reduces overhead by working in the field. His knowledge of powerline construction, both overhead and underground, is both vast and comprehensive, as are his mechanical skills. Randy works hard to maintain quality and safety on your jobsite.

  Secretary-Treasurer Annaliese Dell's skills include Visual Basic Programming, HTML, QuickBooks with Access Integration, the Microsoft Office Suite and DOS. Webmaster of several sites and past officer manager for the Blair County Builder's Association, she now devotes all her time to Ayers Line Construction, Inc.
